I get headaches
Little small ones
I feel my eyebrows raise
And my shoulders tense up
My eyes get heavy
And I sit
Not knowing what to do
Not knowing how to stop it
Combat it
Relax.
So I've forced myself to live.
I live with headaches
Tense shoulders
Heavy eyes
In a state of calm
A state of worry
